What We Offer

You will have a unique opportunity to be part of an early stage where we together set the tone for the next chapter in our company history by designing work methods, processes, and building a strong team.

Until production starts in 2026, you will work in a project phase, where we will work through different phases and proactively work on process/product improvements and gradually ramp up to meet the need to deliver batteries safely, with the right quality and on time to our end customers in 2026.

Working Hours:

This position is scheduled for daytime/evening/night. Until production starts, you will all work in the project phase during the day.

You and Your Skills

We are looking for someone with previous industrial experience or experience from other physically demanding work and approved grades at the high school level in Swedish 1/A, Mathematics 1/A, English 5/A, and Social Studies 1/A. We also expect you to have knowledge of Andon, 5S, Visual Management, and basic problem-solving.

You need to have good knowledge of both English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

In this role, it is important that you are safety-oriented and act as a role model, holding others accountable if you notice safety is at risk. Furthermore, we see that you are engaged and responsible in your role, as well as for the battery process.

What You Will Do

As an operator in the Battery Factory, you will build components on the assembly line. The assemblies involve the construction of various components on different segments of the line, utilizing everyone's experience and knowledge in the best possible way. You will be a member of a team that, at the start of production, will consist of between 5-8 team members. Each team has overall responsibility for quality, economy, delivery, and team development.

It is worth noting that during the project phase, we will work across boundaries and contribute to ensuring safety, training, quality, delivery, cleaning, improvements, deviation handling, and the setup of our stations, etc., to be production-ready.
